Our Shop

Our community do-it-yourself shop is a great place to enjoy bicycle camaraderie no matter your skill level. Organized workstations are available for anyone to use at no cost; we also sell bicycles and parts donated by generous people like you. Fix a flat, strip a bike, do it yourself or volunteer to guide others - everyone is welcome! All donations support our programs that build a healthy and more resilient community.

At our shop, you’ll find fully-stocked work stations with bike stands. These stands are available at no cost for anyone to use. No specialized skills are necessary. Our mechanics and volunteers are on hand to guide you through most any bicycle repair.

At our bicycle shop, we sell used and new parts, tools, and accessories as well as a selection of used bicycles. We gladly accept donations of parts, tools, bicycles, and accessories of (almost) any type. Donated bicycles are repaired by volunteers and resold in our shop. Some of our bicycles are "ready to ride" - otherwise known as green-tagged - while others still need a little work, which we're always glad to help you with. Our inventory is always changing, so stop by frequently!

During open hours, we’re glad to take donations of underused bicycles, parts or tools at our shop. We salvage what we can and recycle or re-purpose the rest. We usually are not able to pick up donations, but we do make exceptions. Contact us if you think you have something we’d be interested in but can’t get it to the shop.

Our volunteers go further

Volunteers of any skill level are welcome. In the shop, we need your help to take apart bicycles, put them back together, organize, clean, and greet others. Volunteering provides a unique opportunity to learn all aspects of bicycle repair and maintenance at your own pace and with experienced help on hand. If you’re interested in volunteering, check out our calendar for upcoming opportunities, send us an email or sign up to receive updates on volunteer opportunities, which include:

  • Shop greeters & organization

  • Green Tag Club

  • Bike Drives & Annual Bike Swap

  • Ask-a-Wrench

  • More!

Since 2012, every summer the Corvallis Bicycle Collective partners with Corvallis Parks and Recreation to inspire the next generation of bicycle mechanics to learn the joys of fixing up bicycles. For six weeks in the summer, young volunteers absorb as much bicycle knowledge as we can dispense. In return, they turn out as many fixed bikes, patched flats, and repairs as they can manage. Everyone benefits.
